Please review the evaluation terms below before launching the interactive demo or installing the evaluation test builds.
01 Complimentary $157 Evaluation License
In exchange for your active evaluation and feedback, we are granting you full complimentary access to the AUTOMATA report generation engine, score calculators, APA grapher, and test builds (a $157 commercial evaluation value) at no monetary cost.
02 Bug Reporting & Error Feedback
As an evaluation user, you agree to report any software bugs, unexpected score calculation errors, table formatting glitches, or workflow friction that you encounter to our engineering team via our Support Portal or directly to support@automatareports.com.
03 Survey & Testimonial Participation
You agree that we (Valentine Psychological Services / AUTOMATA) will follow up with you to request completion of a brief 3-minute user experience survey and a brief professional testimonial regarding your evaluation experience and the time saved on your caseload.
04 Confidentiality & Zero-Cloud Privacy
All student evaluation data remains strictly local or in your own authorized Google Drive. No student Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is transmitted to or stored on third-party servers. All drafts are proposals subject to the practitioner’s independent clinical review and signature.
